Dr. DR. RESHMA QUADROS

Dr. Reshma Quadros is a General Practitioner and Clinical Pharmacotherapeutics Specialist with over 10 years of experience. Her 
work focuses on optimising and individualising drug therapy to ensure safe, e ective, and patient-specific holistic care 
She has particular expertise in the long-term management of chronic and autoimmune conditions, including psoriasis, allergies, 
rheumatoid arthritis and lifestyle diseases. Dr. Quadros follows a functional medicine–oriented approach, with experience in Vitamin 
D–based therapy (Coimbra Protocol) for selected autoimmune conditions, where clinically appropriate. 
In addition to clinical practice, she is actively involved in education, research, and professional governance in the field of 
pharmacology and therapeutics.
