Kanika Sachdev, Founder of Nutri Bliss Care. With 23 years of experience as a Clinical Nutritionist, Diabetic Educator & Bariatric Dietitian, I’ve successfully treated countless individuals for weight loss and various medical conditions through simple homemade food — no shakes, no supplements, and no crash diets.
In 2025, I was honoured with the Pride of Maharashtra Award for my work in diabetes reduction. I have conducted numerous National and International Talk Shows and was awarded the title of Most Iconic Woman in Nutrition on Women’s Day 2021.
I’ve worked as a Senior Dietitian with Apollo Clinic and Hiranandani Hospital, Powai, and currently provide expert consultations for Weight Loss, PCOD, Diabetes, Acidity, High Cholesterol, Hypertension, Senior Health, and more. I’ve helped many reduce their diabetes medicines and achieve amazing weight loss results.
